ALS Water Resources Group's commitment to privacy
ALS Water Resources Group adheres to the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), which govern the way personal information is collected, recorded, stored, used and disclosed. Ecowise is also bound by contracts with its customers.
ALS Water Resources Group uses the personal information it obtains from customers to provide the service that customers have requested and to communicate effectively with customers in delivering that service. ALS Water Resources Group will use personal information only for purposes directly related to service delivery or as indicated in the customer contract and in publicity directed to the customer. ALS Water Resources Group will not disclose any information to a third party unless expressly asked to or approved by the original client or data owner to do so.

Any disclosure of personal information to a third party will be:
- In accordance with the Privacy Act
- As authorised by the terms of the relevant contract between the customer and ALS Water Resources Group or
- With the customer's consent.
Customers' access to their personal information
A customer has a right to view information relating to him or her and have errors (if any) corrected. The customer must provide appropriate identification and documentation in order to make a change, for example, when changing a surname following marriage.
