Ecowise's Executive Team consists of the following people:

Mr Antony Gibson
Mr Gibson is Group Manager Consulting, leading a national team of specialist environmental scientists and engineers. Mr Gibson is a chartered professional engineer (CPEng), and is accredited by RAB-QSA as a Principal Environmental Auditor. Mr Gibson is a member of the Australian Water Association Journal Editorial Board, and actively contributes to international and national conferences in areas such as wastewater treatment, ecology and risk management.

Mr Bruce Pollard
Mr Pollard is the Group Manager of the Analytical Services Division, responsible for the management and operations of the Ecowise national laboratory network. Mr Pollard is a qualified analytical chemist (B. App. Sc) and brings to Ecowise many years experience in senior managerial roles within a number of leading global analytical service providers across the environmental, pharmaceutical/veterinary, food and mining industries.

Mr Barry Morrison
Mr Morrison is Group Manager for the Monitoring and Technical Services Branch. He is responsible for the management of national operations and co-ordination of services in Queensland (Mackay, Rockhampton and Gladstone), NSW (Mudgee, Muswellbrook and Penrith), ACT (Field Hydrology, Instrumentation Group), Western Australia (Pinjarra, Newman) and Victoria (Hydrographic Services).

Mr Lance Rees
Mr Rees is Group Manager of the Geographic Information Solutions Division, managing a team of specialists with expertise in the Environmental GIS, utilities GIS and Software Development streams.

Dr Christobel Ferguson
Dr Ferguson is the Research and Development Director with Ecowise Environmental and an adjunct Research Fellow in the Fenner School of Environment and Society at the Australian National University. Dr Ferguson has a PhD and MSc in Environmental Microbiology and manages an applied research program to deliver innovative and novel solutions to water managers. Dr Ferguson is a member of the International Water Association and an Australian Water Association board member.

Mr Shaun Jeffrey
Mr Jeffrey is Group Manager Commercial, responsible for a small team focused on securing profitable and practical commercial and management outcomes for Ecowise. The Commercial group provides support to the operational and financial areas of the Ecowise business, typically assisting with budgeting, monthly management reporting, contract negotiation, fleet management, fixed asset financing and development of business cases for new initiatives. Mr Jeffrey is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and an accredited Prince2 Project Management practitioner. Mr Jeffrey has significant and diverse business experience having held a number of senior executive positions and provided business consulting services to a range of industries and sectors.
